Funeral Arrangements for Robin Juanita Moore

Congratulations Washington DC SEDP Class of 2012

Congratulations to Ms. Aniya De’Nae Arrington and her class mates for their completion of their program.

The SEDP is an environmental education and leadership development program. The students spend six-seven weeks of their summer at EPA Region 3 headquarters in Center City, Philadelphia, and on the campus of George Washington University, in Washington, D.C. and Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Md. There, they are taught by a middle school science teacher and given topic lectures by EPA employees and local professionals. The students participate in hands-on learning activities, outdoor education and extended learning experiences (field trips) which supplement their in-class learning. The versatile format can be used as a model for after school, summer, and/or day camp programs. The students are from diverse racial, economic, and cultural backgrounds and range in age from 12-14.

Checking In

Okay fam I’ve been a little busy here of late. I’m currently in Columbia, SC on contract to the State of SC. Unfortunately I’ve been a little under the weather. In May I suffered from a major episode of Congestive Heart Failure and had been battling the aftermath of that when a month later I was then diagnosed with Atrial Fibrillation. Everyday these days is almost an adventure in nuances of pain and my own stubbornness to get through this. I am following the doctor’s orders as well as I can but next week I’m scheduled for a couple of cardiac procedures and will probably get some more new meds. I carry a pharmacy with me now and I hate taking pills but between my BP pills and the anti inflammatory meds my system is always in a state of flux these days. Well anyway I’m still here and could use your prayers. Take care.

Happy Holidays!

Once again I am on the road working. I’m in Memphis, TN this time but I wanted to take a moment as this most precious time of the year draws near and remind each and every family member that as my father John Henry Jr, or Pops as he was so often called said, “Jesus is the Reason for the Season!” With that in mind and remembering how important family really is, I’d like to wish each and every one of you, the members of the Arrington Clan and associated families,

A Merry Christmas

and a

Happy New Year!
